PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Luxury Celavella HC has an area of 1000 m2, it is arranged on a single floor TOTALLY INDEPENDENT from the upper part of the house. All indoor and outdoor facilities of swimming pool, terraces, solarium, gym and play areas are FOR EXCLUSIVE USE.
Main living room-kitchen
It consists of different integrated areas:
- Kitchen, perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 90cm oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and crockery. Cutlery, glassware, casseroles, pots, paella pans and everything you need for a full service of 8 people.
- Open plan dining area with table and chairs for up to 10 guests. Direct access to a covered terrace, garden and pool.
- Open plan living room with sofas overlooking the sea, Papagayo and Los Ajaches.

Suite Sotavento
Suite of 50 m2. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed of 1.50 x 2.00, with Smart TV, play station, direct access to the pool terrace. En-suite bathroom (separating the living room from the bedroom) with shower, freestanding sink, WC, dressing table, dressing room and tea corner (equipped with coffee maker and kettle). Master bedroom with KING size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and direct access to the pool terrace and garden. ViewsThis suite can be accommodated:Two adults have the entire suite. Two adults in the bedroom and one or two children on the sofa bed in the living room. Two adults in the bedroom and one or two adults on the sofa bed in the living room, sharing the bathroom.
Suite Barlovento
Suite of 50 m2. Master bedroom with KING size bed (1.80 x 2.00). En-suite bathroom with freestanding bathtub, shower, freestanding washbasins, WC, dressing table, dressing room, Smart TV and tea corner (equipped with coffee maker and kettle). It also has a bunk bed sofa (two children, maximum 10 years). Terrace equipped with chairs and outdoor table. Sea views and direct access to the pool and garden. This suite can be accommodated:Two adults with the entire suite. Two adults and one or two children (up to 10 years old) in the bunk bed.
Gymnasium
Training room equipped with multi-station machine, stationary bike, push-up board, dumbbells, rollers, and pilates corner with balls, mats, elastics and hoop. Board games corner and swimming pool.
Outdoor area
Heated infinity pool (23m x 5m) with osmosis purification system and ultraviolet filtering. Poolside terrace with sun loungers, solar shower with hot water, cocktail corner with garden set, basketball hoop, cactus garden, palm trees and plants typical of the island. BBQ area with all accessories. Covered terrace with seating area equipped with leather sofas, table tennis, dartboard, chess and children’s play corner. This terrace serves as a connection with direct access to the suites, interior room, gym and main room.
